Note that getting nails design here can cost you $100+ Please be on time or earlier to your appointment : we are appointment only. If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment is automatically cancel and consider as no show. Please arrive 30 minutes early before your appointment time if you have to soak off your nails. Due to people have been taking advantage. We have had a crazy amount of no call, no show, and very last minute cancellations. Due to this high frequency, we will be implementing $30-$60 fee. We value both your time and our time. The $30-$60 fee is not a deposit. To avoid being charged, please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellation or rescheduling requested less than 24 hours or if you no show may incur a penalty of $30-$60. If you book the same day for your appointment, we still required 24 hours of cancellation prior to your appointment time. If you booked with us, and you did not show up, and your credit card is decline. $30 -$60 will be added to your account and you will not be able to book with us until the amount is paid. Our salon is by appointment only. If you book for a service that is two hours long (pedi and nails). If you decided to do only one service, you will be charge $30 for service time that is not filled. If you book for both nails and toes, and you do not show up or late cancel, you will be charge $60 for the time that is not filled. Fill in acrylic from other work will cost you $10+ more. NOTE: Just because your appointments is at 2:00 pm doesn’t mean we will always start your nails exactly at 2:00 pm. Nails work takes time so me may run 5-15 minutes late. Please keep in mind: nails are not meant to last forever, we recommend to come back every two to three weeks depending how fast you nails grow. We understand accident happens and nails can pop off or break off sometime, we guarantee 5 days to fix your nails charge free. Please provide a valid phone number.
